The current Co-Presidents of the Business Units Group Governing Council of The TAG2000 International LLC Holdings Company is David W. Hale and X. William Liu, who assumed their respective positions in August 1, 2009, and April 1, 2010, respectively, as they both collectively have had many years of experience on the business unit side of the Holdings Company.
The Office of the President of the Business Units Group Governing Council is responsible for the day to day operations of The TAG2000 International LLC Holdings Company's operating subsidaries and business units, which represent all of the financial and client interests of the Company. This individual works closely with the Office of the President and other senior managers to take the Holdings Company's Business Plan, and work with the Council of Presidents to implement the Business Plan at the individual business unit and subsidary level. This individual is a member of the Holdings Company's Senior Management Committee. The President of the Holdings Company is Chairman ex-Officio of the Senior Management Committee, but meetings and agenda of the Senior Management Committee is set by the Executive Vice President under direction of the Holdings Company Office of the President.
The Business Units Group Governing Council is the executive body of Presidents and other Senior Officers of the Holdings Company's business units and subsidaries. This council is responsible for the oversight of the Holdings Company's business unit & subsidary operations, including coordination of resources from the Holdings Company to support each unit's individual plans. This council provides Holdings Company shared resource coordination, ensures that shared services needed by all business units and divisions are provided, and helps to mandates centralized policy, as provided by the senior management of the Holdings Company. Membership on this council is restricted to senior officers of each business unit and subsidary, which all have one seat on the council and collectively report to and through the President.
This individual also serves the functions of the Office of the President upon request by the President of the Holdings Company.
